So many books to read and no desire to crack any of them open. Something is very wrong.

Ha!! Yeah... the ol' drunken acoustic mess. Lucky for me my friends are good sports, as well as enthusiastic enablers of such things.

As for the ex whom shall forever and always only be referred to as "she-devil" (cheesy I know, but so was she), unfortunately hatred is the only thing I will ever allow myself to feel for that one. As selfish as it might sound, I believe hatred in some cases to be the only appropriate emotion when leaving roadsigns along such a particularly treacherous stretch of painfully memorable roadway. No bigger warning sign than a BIG ol' flashing hatred one.

Anywhays... that's about enough of that. Things happen, and perhaps sometimes honestly good people were once honestly quite bad. There are people in this life who sincerely have good reason to hate me, and now she's given someone reason enough to hate her. Such is life... so is the way things go when interacting with such complicated perfectly imperfect animals such as human beings. What matters most though, isn't the degree to which you attempt to punish those who've done you wrong, or worse yet punish yourself... What matters most, is which road you decide to take afterward.

Books. Ah.... I used to love to read them so.. But now, this clock is suddenly ticking in my head, refusing to allow me to read any for long, before screaming for me to finish my own. This is either to be called insanity, or the beginning of being me.

Well, nothing a very large cup of iced coffee and a day long trek through the Santa Rosa Mountains wont help to sort out!

Thanks for the positive words man. The beard stays.

P.S. - dive into those books. Nothing finer than the feel of paper and a freshly cracked book-spine.
