I hope that my next encounter with the judicial system will produce a document half as entertaining as this. Actually, I'd settle for simply knowing a lawyer who'd have the nerve to actually file something like that.

And it would appear that Penthouse is going out of business. This is really only noteworthy, to me, because during my first year of college I was able to sell several pieces to them. Sure, they had to fit within the guidelines of the Letters format and they weren't very inspired, but it was the first time I actually felt as though I might be able to make a living from writing. Still waiting on that, though.
