There's a lot going on right now.
First of all, there's the biggest success of my life: the paper I wrote finally came out. You can read the abstract here, and get the full article here, if you have access.
Second, this picture is meant to remind me of (pound for pound) the biggest failure of my life: my failure to eat Big Ethyl.
Other than that, I'm busy practicing with two bands this week for my show on Saturday (check my events tab for details). My usual band (The Rules of Attraction) will be playing, dressed as ZZ Top (if I can get my shit together), including a couple of ZZ covers. I'm also playing in a Misfits tribute band that night called the Who Killed Marilyn?s, which features friends from my old band (The Monsignors). Hope I don't collapse/throw up on stage. It's been a long time since I've played a double show like that.
What's everybody else doing for Halloween? Isn't it the best holiday ever?
