Here's a picture of me winning the Nerd of the Year Award (Student Research Achievement Award) at this year's Biophysical Society meeting. Sixteen posters were chosen from a field of around one hundred entries. I'm very proud of me.
In other news: I'm working my ass off over here. Last Thursday I was in lab until midnight. Sunday night I was here until 3:30 AM. Monday night I was here until midnight again. Tonight's going to be a late one too. Tomorrow night my band is playing a show. I'll probably fall asleep while playing.
