i make them all in my iphone 6Splus with an old iOS (10.3.3) using custom presets i’ve made for the app. DECIM8 there’s a thing one can do with the older iOS that doesn’t work w/newer systems. in which case you could use another app. called Blur Photo. i make all the source images then run the process, which has a high degree of indeterminacy. so the results are surprising, which for me is the point. i want to see something i like but have not imagined. it is similar with music which is my main occupation. but the images are so fast, and its just how they hit you when you see them, like it makes you feel or it looks really good but you don’t even know why, or it doesn’t. i keep the ones that do, of which i now have about 93,000(!)
