White Stripes were great. As fun to watch as Jack is, I still found myself fixated on Meg most of the night. She is a fucking vision of cool. Their ability to recreate the sounds of their albums with only the two of them is pretty awesome as well. YYYs were a mixed bag. Karen O is amazing but the pacing of the show was strange. Too many slow songs. Zinner and Chase are great players but I think they oughta write more riffs and just cop to being a rock band. They seem almost guilty about being too catchy. Like they'll forfeit their "artistic credibility" if they rock out too much. They having all the ingredients to be a fantastic group. Now they just need the willingness to do it.
