I had to slope off from the second london SG meet tonight cos I felt like absolute poo!

the gigs were great btw - got to meet a couple of the 'Souls, which was ace...thoroughly nice blokes, and they played two of the best gigs i've ever seen them do.

I feel your pain hun! I had to put up with the worst dumb buggers at work today, not helped by the rugby scores!
I always counteract this by leaving my brain at home before i go to work, switch onto automatic pilot. I find it helps
