this morning at work i saw a customer going into a room with a fan from another room so i stopped him and said
" i'm afraid that needs to stay in room 5 cause the air con is busted in there and your air con is ok "
and he said

fair enough, i thought, a bit of a knob but that stuff happens, so i replied
" well i work here "
and then he crowned himself the king of twats - cliche extrordinare when he said

i spend a lot of money here
