why does life have to be so complicated ?

we've heard some bad things about the studio we were gonna go to, so now that 's been called off

and now Simon wants to move to London to concentrate on a job in the media
i don't know whether to audition a new drummer or go ahead with recording Simon
the thing is, he seems bored
like his hearts no longer in it
and the last thing i want is to waste money in a studio trying to record boring drums that sound tired

we're gonna have a meeting tomorrow to discuss the situation

it's so bloody anoying when something so natural and organic becomes convoluted with complicated shit and money and fucking bolocks

i must just add
i don't care anymore
i just spoke to my son on the phone and i could hear all this breathing and goo goo ga ga noises and stuff
and him laughing when he hears my voice
i miss him
and i only saw him this morning

I hope the band thing works out - I know how it can be everyone changes & moves in their views - being in music is not so easy smile or any art for that matter. I would wait on the recording (if you would any advance that is), it is hard work to go into the studio not being sure about where everyone stands. so hold off just for a bit. I'm sure it will all work out these things do kiss miao!!
