One more mile... one more song.

If it could be, if I could only make it happen, my life would be spent taking one long continuous drive. The road would never end, the way would always be well, and the soundtrack would never grow old. No pauses between songs, no need to stop for a rest, just driving along... driving along... just always and forever, forever driving along. My parents used to tell me stories of how from the time I was born up until I was nearly a year old, the only way they could get me to go to sleep each night was to take me for a long drive in my father's red on white convertible 57 Chevy. Just me, them, and that long n winding road. Anytime I hear a song I wonder what it would be like to drive to. Would it be day, or would it be night? Would the Sun be shining, or should there be rain? Every song Ive ever loved has taken me on a drive, and every road Ive ever traveled has led me to where I am now.So as the next song begins to play I get back in my car, put the wheels to the road, and drive... drive... drive... I drive a little more.
