After having a weeks vacation, which i had a great time last week was getting back to work. I like my job but sometimes the stress can get to you; ive been working long hours, but my schedule will be getting back to normal soon, or so i hope. Anyways holidays are around the corner so lets see how it goes!

I believe i am my own worst enemy. I tend to overthink a lot when all i need to do is go with the flow. It just hard sometimes to turn my brain off.

my mind has really been overthinking a lot lately;
feeling like there some stuff i need to do moving foward.
after some issues at work everything else is kind of normal
just trying to relax and be myself all the time

well, things are starting to feel normal again, new routines,
feeling like myself again , making new friends connecting with old friends again;
i aint got much to complain about, i got a couple of things and trips im planning so im hoping thiings work out for me, anyways ill continue my life and try to be as happy as i can, other than that...

Can I feel good & bad at the same time. Can I have peace of mind and feel a little anxious at the same time.
that;s how Ive been feeling lately.
