Um, I guess the woman (maybe my mom's age?) didn't notice my gigantic boobies and decidedly feminine figure...? Perhaps she was too busy staring at my short hair...?

Nope, there's no logic behind this. Guess she's not used to foreign girls (aka non-Taiwanese) who wear jeans and t-shirts and have short dark hair (even though that describes most of my foreign lesbian friends, and a couple of my straight female friends as well!)...
