i don't want to write much. i am alone for the first day in what feels like ages. my friends are good to me because they know with everything going on that leaving me alone is not the smartest of ideas. however, i shall ignore the desire to harm and just breathe. and love on my pups. and very soon take a shower and lie around and enjoy the fact that i have nothing to do for a few days. embrace my new found freedom.

i don't want to talk about men for awhile. the new guy is interesting but i am in no way, shape or form giving up my stance on being single. and when i see pictures of beautiful australians i feel wistful. enough of men.

now pictures... in no particular order

the prosecutions case seemed pretty air tight, albeit a fair amount of conjecture. but really, is here any other explanation? even assuming it was the father or brother, they then all had to take part in the attempt to cover it up which is a crime. the fact that she is ONLY found guilty of "lying to the police" is ludicrous seeing as how her defense itself was to admit to criminal conspiracy to cover up the murder, child abuse and then when the story changed like 20 times, multiple counts of perjury. the entire family should be going to jail really.

Nah. There wasn't proof beyond a "reasonable doubt" ... circumstantial evidence cannot get you a Murder 1. And the whole family is so fucked up that nothing any of them say could be trusted.

The charges that were brought up weren't convictable. She may have been an utterly horrific person, but that doesn't (legally speaking) equate to murder. Hm.

Other news: glad you like the sharkpunch t-shirt. smile And glad you approve of Me supporting the WA state government financially wink
