Therapy has been going really well. I like my therapist. A lot. She makes me feel better every week. Today River's official change of address came in the mail. Yesterday I got the phone bill with all the records of their text messaging and calling for the month. I wanted to throw up.
My period is coming, probably in the morning. Lots of pain. Lots of it. Got some acupuncture today and will have more tomorrow. Hoping that helps.
