Today I cleaned the whole apartment. All two floors of it. Tomorrow I will clean the kitchen and rearrange it so it works properly. Good god I have a lot of apartment. Had to take Trooper to an emergency vet visit today. He has fleas. Yippy Skippy. So now my house is clean and soon I will go pick up all the stuff at the laundromat that he has touched in the last week. Sigh.

Yesterday I separated all the joint accounts and the cell phones. I dropped off my key with the utility company so I will no longer be charged an arm and a leg. I bought a new tv - a very pretty 40 inch hdtv. So now everything that is river's is now his and mine is mine. However I do need an xbox now. Not that I play all that often but I will need it for rockband nights. I want rockband nights. And halo.

My friend's condition has not changed. The family has asked us not to come to the hospital because they don't want us to see her the way she looks right now. She is not metabolizing fluid so her face is starting to swell and they have begun covering her face. I'm going to go back to school tomorrow for one class. Then I shall come home and finish cleaning and wait for River to show up with money and dog food. And he will be helping make my tv look pretty while i disappear for a bit.

i am sad. very sad. but hopeful that things will work out how they should. i always say everything happens for a reason. and right now i need to learn to take care of myself. it's what i need to do. and i can.
