A long time ago I developed the idea that there should be a department similar to the DMV, but with the express purpose of controling stupid people from breeding. Now I would have everyone for go sex, just to be able to reproduce you should have to pass a written/oral/pratical exam. It makes good sense since you need a license to end life as a hunter, but not one to create life. I know I know, I am a horrible person. Yet I deal with penny in a light socket types all day. My life is like "Clerks" 365/7/24 and it will never stop. But who am I to judge........I'm just me.
