I gathered my ingredents together. That didn't take long. The spinach (Popeye brand, of course. a kug kug kug kug), black pepper, generic mozerrella and salt.
Then I added my generic cheese (the only kind for me-har har).

Idecided it bake it covered on 400 for 30 minutes. I was told over AIM that 400 was way too hot. So I turned it down to 350, took the lid off and cooked it for 15 minutes instead. This was the finished product:

Dammit, wrong picture and I already deleted the other one. Oh well, you get the idea.
I put the lid back on to let it cool. Meanwhile, I cooked the salmon (no pic).
So I sat down to eat and I was a little nervous. I hate wasting food. So I began to eat:

So, how was it you ask?
Anyway, that was dinner.
Earlier, I went to return a movie at work. I got to talking to Cindy and it turns out she might (not sure yet) have to go to another store, leaving me fully in charge of that store. She said she had reseverations about it. Not about the work aspect but the "way I treat people". She actually wasn't talking about customers this time. Apparently, the people I work with have a problem with me. This really came as a total shock. They say I'm too "direct and get pissed off to easily". I guess I can't argue with the pissed off thing but I've never gotten angry with them. Well, except Trevor because gets his panties in a bunch over everything no matter how nice you say it. First I was told that I wasn't being managerial enough and now that I am, I'm "mean". So now I have to hold their hands and speak softly so they won't get their feelings hurt. Jesus. It just gets old when the people you work with know exactly what to do and when to do it but you have to keep telling them "Please get started on this or that". Great, more anger to hold in.
This wasn't one of my best journals.
I'm going to go watch Tron. Again.
