even though i have someone to cuddle up with, we opted to not celebrate. it's become so commercial and, well, silly to us, and has never been all that special to us. so we opted out of the valentine's mania. if we can't show each other that we care all year, why bother one day of the year, right?

Its chicken, mushrooms, artichokes and pancetta sauted in a smoked cheese and sun-dried tomato sauce. Tossed with penne.
