I'm always glad for new tv. Though I tend to only watch it Sunday and Mondays. I catch up what I missed during the week on Sunday and I watch How I Met Your Mother and Big Bang on Monday. I dumped Heroes. It wasn't a mutual breakup, but you just have to let go sometimes.
Workouts continue on a regular basis. I hope I can continue this. It just takes a ton of willpower.

i love how i met your mother. i have to watch the 100th episode tomorrow. tivo took care of it for me. i left heroes after the first season, too much grasping for straws...kind of like what i did with lost as well.
