I've made a new goal for myself.
Before my birthday, I want to run a total of 125 miles. I think it's attainable. I ran 2 more last night so I'm up to 7 for the year so far. I plan on doing the 10k I was in last summer again this year. I think I would be able to do it in a better time this time around.
I'm weight loss buddies with avidity. We're going to encourage each other to exercise and to eat what's better for us. You should root for her, too! I think she's done a fantastic job!
