In other news, the weight loss goes slow and steady.
The new belt I bought a month ago has now been shrunk down to the 3rd loop. I did that today.
That means I've lost slightly more in my waist area. Not that I want to lose it there, but every little bit helps.
I've been starting my mornings now with 50 pushups and situps as well. It gets the blood going.
Usually gets the blood going to the wrong places, too and I can't do anything about it since I need to get to work. Sometimes it sucks that exercising makes me randy. LOL!

Started 12/26/07 - 319 lbs.
Today 4/7/09 - 251 lbs.
That's ALMOST 70! I'll keep working at it.

Let me explain it like this: The people that I fall for, I find attractive...but if they break my heart or suddenly become someone else...I don't find them attractive anymore and I don't want to be with them...like the last guy I had a crush on, I thought he was a great guy and sweet so I thought he was very attractive...but as soon as I found out that he was talking bad about me behind my back and was really just using me...I no longer found him attractive...even now, I can't see why I ever thought he was attractive.
