Today for the first time in forever, I felt physically as well as emotionally great! I wish I could feel this good everyday. Who knows? Maybe I can.

i can't even remember the last time i felt that kind of awesome balance. i think that to feel like that consistently, you really gotta work at it. unfortunately.


btw, The Thing movie, it really messed me up the first time i saw it.
