Today was the day. Me and my Girlfriend (well now Ex-Girlfriend after 3 years) had to break up. So what to do now. I hole up in my appartment and didn't get out untill now. What can you do I mean it is easy to say live on and yeah I have to live on. But can there be anything so that it doesent hurt so fucking much. I really beaten down right now
