"We've got one life, live it... and stuff"
Well said Mr Izzard, I concur....
Last night I went to Laughs in the Park and saw Eddie Izzard, Dylan Moran and Reginald D. Hunter. Lols all round, even if if was fucking freezing. Having seen Izzard and Moran before, they did not disappoint. <3 <3 My sides hurt from laughing and my feet were numb.
But I had hot cider and a chicken pie.
And there were fireworks.
But that statement there, above, I've been trying to bear it in mind more recently.
Stuff happened a while ago that made me realise that life's too short. We only get one go at it.
I don't wanna regret having not done the stuff I want to.
So... I'm doing the stuff I want to do.
The words:
"Thanks for booking on ebookers . This is your purchase confirmation"
are pretty fucking magical.
On December 28th I will be flying to San Francisco for a week or so for New Years drunkeness, bed fort building, mocking of "English" restaurants, team naptime meetings and various other shenannigans involving bzzzzzzzzzt, ava_jaded, Spectr and whomever else I can bully into being in my presence.
Thennnnn I head on down to Long Beach for trips to Disney, epic amounts of Dexter reruns, potential set shootings, deliveries of Custard Cremes to Leandra and fun times with anyone else who's around
.
THEN... I head back to SF area for a couple of days, before flying to NYC on the 12th.
I have the 13th-17th there to hopefully hang out with awesome peoples, explore and generally freeze my tits off. I have yet to book accomodation but have been looking into some fairly affordable vacation rentals. Come seeeee me, bitchuzzz.
I fly home at 9am on Tuesday January 18th.
I want to be a great big tourist for 3 weeks, thanks.
I'm flying out to meet people who, over the last few months have become incredibly important people in my life. Some of my closest friends, some of the most awesme and fun people, AND IM SO FUCKING EXCITED.
eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
^ this is a perfectly reasonable greeting lately.
I'm going to draw myself up some form of timetabley itinerary thing. I WILL get organised.
But hey, booking my flights is pretty much half way there.
Suggestions of places to go, things to do.. always good.
Recently, I also went to this years Goodwood Revival again.
It was awesome, as usual... and I'll shove some photos in here as proof.

For us Brits... old school Tesco and, that's right, OPAL FRUITS!! Fuck you and you Starburst name change!!
Thasss me, my sister and her boyfriend, looking rather fabulous...
I'll stick the rest of the photos under a spoiler, I have a feeling I might get carried away somewhat.

Okay theres so many photos there now.
I'm done!!
I'm going to go back to taking pleasure in the small things in my day.
The house smells like freshly baked bread, I have cuteness on my laptop screen and I'm grooving to some mixtapes recommended to me by Mercie <3
Life might be a bit of a mystery to me right now, I have no idea what I am really doing with it now I have finished uni. Or what I want to do with it...
But I'm living it... and stuff.
