Today I want nothing more than to curl up in my bed and sulk because my face hurts.
Thought for the day... if we don't need our wisdom teeth, why the hell have we not yet evolved enough to JUST NOT HAVE THEM?! If you have a sensible, science based answer to that I reaaallly don't want to hear it
Seeing as it's only that I am, in essence, teething... I'm not sure if it's worth going to the dentist or not.
It's not pushing against the other teeth or anything, it only hurts because of the cutting through the gum part of this whole stupid situation..
However, it did wake me up 3 times in the night.
ARGH!!
To the library I must go, anyhow. I have a tutorial tomorrow afternoon for my dissertation and I have done BOLLOCKS ALL work on it.
David Bowie: More famous for his costumes and changing persons, or his music
...Anyone?
The idea was that I picked something I was super interested in, so I wouldn't mind doing all the reading and research and writing 5,000 words on it. But... I might have just ruined it for myself. I have 12 books from the library already.
Ballache
I did just solve one thing that's been bugging me though...
"Bowie pronounces his own name "bow-ee" (as in "bow" and arrow), not "boo-ee" (as the original American knife is pronounced), nor is it "bow-ee" as in a dog's"bow-wow-wow".
However, Americans sometimes refer to him as "boo-ee" (which is the correct pronunciation of the original Scottish name, Bowie), and Londoners usually pronounce it "bow" as in "bow-wow-wow", and Bowie never corrects them."

Wisdom teeth suck so much - I have four and fortunately, they've not caused me too many issues yet (I've just cursed myself to a day of pain tomorrow!). I'd just be careful once they start to actually come through your gums, they can end up cutting your cheek/tongue, or if the pain gets really bad, definately get your ass to the dentist, but for now, drugs FTW!
Hope it gets better VERY soon!
