I thought I currently had more money that I really do as well... which helps nothing in life at all.
But hey ho. I get my student loan some time next week, I just need to be a bit more spending-savvy with what I'm given!!
So... since the last time I gave you anything worth reading this is what I have been up to:

And then, from a larey XL mens shirt and some extra bits and bobs I also made this for my sister:
All for the Goodwood revival.
Granted, I did have some help from one of my housemates... but that's what I get for giving myself 3 days in which to complete it. Pretty useful living in a houseful of seamstresses at times!
The revival was amazing, I haven't been quite so excited about being anywhere for a long long time, everything was just so cool. People should definitely still dress like that, and cars should still look like that too.
It was just an all round awesome day =)

I definitely need to go next year, and they're launching a new vintage show next year based on 5 decades of music, art, cinema and fashion. Sounds like heaven!! <3

I got back from Great Yarmouth last night. We wanted to have a typically British, girly holiday before one of my friend emigrates to the States. Sooooo we did ice creams on the beach, facepaint, 2p machines, Haven bingo and cabaret, wrote our names in the sand and had fish and chips on the pier. I missed the pirate mini golf, much to my disgust!!
It was an awesome weekend though. I'm going to miss Yvie a lot too, I don't see her a lot really anyways.. but she wont be at the conventions anymore with me which is more to the point.
At least I've got somewhere free to stay in Florida from next week ^_^
Today has just been one of those days.
I spent an half an hour chasing round details from the tax office, and then had to head into town to my temp agency to check it had all gone through okay. I can't pay my rent, so they had better sort it the fuck out!!
And then I went to work, as I usually would on a Monday, only to find out I had dragged my travel bag into town for no reason cuz I wasn't working today... so I could have not bothered with the bag AND booked an earlier train to Cardiff tonight,.
But hey ho... even though I could have been there by now... I should head off soon and get my bum up to Paddington. I'm really funny about getting places super early so I don't miss trains!!
I'm more excited about this than I really should be.....
Oh and.... for those Muse fans out there who haven't seen this yet... this is possibly the best thing I have seen all week ^_^
