Well...it seems that my little baby nephew is going to be alright! 
He seemed to have been stung by an insect or something, because he had an infection on his right cheek. The side of his face got swollen pretty badly, they had to send him to the children's hospital.
They had to take all the puss out from the thing and the poor kid was suffering all the way through. They almost had to cut his cheek, but luckily they didnt have to.
Now he is doing fine and is back to being a crawling miscreant like always...so yay!

I'm glad your nephew's alright--I have two nieces, and I freak out completely if they sneeze. "Crawling miscreant," haha!
