i want a retail store.

we've been talking about it for a long time, but i really really want one...and i think i can have one for probably very little cash...i'd have to take a bank loan, but not such a big one as to be super-scary.

there's no place around here for cool kids to shop...i could have books and records and vintage clothing and t-shirts and stickers. and do after-hours all-ages shows.

and if it went under, i'd have lots of cool shit for my house and a relatively small loan to pay off.

seems worth it to me.
