i bought new sheets for my bed, bright-red ones.

i wonder if maybe instead of taking a road trip when i have days off, i should stay home and work on my house...we need a new shower curtain (i am going to make one myself, if i can't find the right one....something with tiki gods or hula girls, i think), and something needs to be done about the ugly drapes that were here when we moved in.

it's hard not to run off for a few days with my love, though.

all the same, i could work on my house and have company over and whatnot.
