i feel like a douche for going on about it but i finished the 12 week challenge and at the beginning I made a goal to lose 12kg and I reached it! woo hoooooooooo. heaps more to go but i'm fairly happy with myself that I completed and reached a goal. i've never been a goal setter, i just kinda cruise thru life and accepting...

I found the dietician to be really good. Not cheap ( around $60 per 1/2 hour session) but I've found it really good. If you are eating ok now then you probably won't be spendin much more on food. A lot of it is teaching you how to exercise properly; effects of alcohol; types of food etc.

i spent up big at bunnings and got some stuff to decorate our balcony (finally!). I got it all set up in preparation for the weekend... it looks pretty rad now... solar powered fairy lights and lanterns, bamboo-y/reed stuff to hide the view of the buildings below and a very warm heater for the cold...
