woot!
got my results for the challenge! didn't reach my goal that I set at the beginning, but ended up losing 7.5kg and 14% body fat, which brings my body fat percentage down to like 27% which I looked up and is like in the average range, not ideal just yet but soon hopefully.
we went out last night to the story bridge hotel for some drinks, it was pretty funny, i ate way too many pastries and wedges and bread and could hardly stand up my tummy was so sore lol.
got some really cool photos. i put one from last night next to one from December 08.
Yay! 35kg down, 5 more to go of serious work, then if I lose anything after that it will be a bonus, but will mostly be focusing on toning and maintaining.

i cant beleive how everything is changing, so much going on in life at the moment, but im sure everything is for the better, as much as i dont want you to be so far away, i think this opportunity has come at the perfect time and will help you to get back on your feet. woo yeah
