i got the secret shopper at work... when i got told I freaked out, I have had the phone secret shopper before and did ok, but never had the instore one. luckily I am polite and friendly!
I kinda freaked cos sometimes I just make up shit (based on things i kind of know about), and sometimes I wonder if what I have been taught is right and I always wonder if customers that ask me questions are just testing me and actually know the answer but just want to see what I say and if I am right or wrong.
