gahhhh...
so after the 12 week challenge i was going pretty well, but i dunno something snapped in my head and made me feel like i shouldnt go to the gym anymore. i think it was because i thought i was rebelling... but like i read somewhere... when you cheat, you only cheat yourself.
during the challenge we had this lady from this dog food come and do some demo thingies for customers... it got boring so me, jess and the lady stood around talking and we all talked about going to the gym and losing weight etc. just when i finished the challenge, the lady came back and remembered about the gym stuff. as i was leaving she said, "don't forget, go to the gym tonight" and something went off in my head going, fuck that, i aint doin what you tell me to do lady, you're annoying. so i didnt go for like a week.
i felt so shit... but i finally bit the bullet yesterday and went to body combat... and i went again tonight for body combat and pilates, so hopefully i will get into the swing of things again and my head will stop being silly and wrecking my motivation.

so recognise that you're having a break. enjoy eating what you want or sleeping in for a while. but don't let that become habit and don't give up.
