well well well... some good came out of being sick... i lost 2.5kg! yay! hahaha... altho that part is good, i never want to go thru that crap again.

what else? with the sickness it helped me reach my first big goal of getting to the lowest weight i have been for maybe 5 years... maybe more, i dunno... im pretty stoked, but i know there is a long way to go still!

i have been using twitter a bit too much now i have my blackberry... its pretty fun following nicole richie, ashlee simpson and russell brand... and a few others... ah well, gives me something to do on my breaks.

thru twitter i found out about novanation an online radio station... its pretty rad so far... i hope it doesnt use up much of the download limit... oh well.

i have nothing else interesting to add... oh, except people should watch the gruen transfer on abc wednesday nights! its really interesting, and i suspect wil anderson is a member here!

No it was some shelter at Ipswich Cemetery. It was the last cemetery on our road trip and that is how I felt.

Being sick is not fun, but losing the weight is.
