so i made it out alive... what a shit 24 hours... i am still really sore, and really tired.
i think i should sleep soem more...
atleast i could eat something... yay...
my head hurts, i had a fever and it felt like it was going to explode...

i guess i should look at the positives ... it probably helped with my 12 week challenge. lol

i never will eat weet bix again

eww.

im off to sleep more now i am not so hot and hungry

I guess that is a good way to look at it, being sick helps loose weight.
