after the mess of the past couple of weeks... things are starting to turn a little positive... I didnt want to talk to soon incase things dont go as planned but I am bored right now so I have nothing to do but write something here!
i may jinx myself but meh, im half expecting everything to go to shit again anyway.
after a VERY long day getting applications together, going to real estates, organising inspections and then driving around going to all the inspections, we finally found an awesome, helpful real estate that set up inspections for us to go to that day. We went thru 3 of their properties and they were all really good so we had to make a choice... we went with the 2 bedroom unit with airconditioning, nice timber floors, nice new paint and an awesome huge balcony. its pretty cheap considering, and we dont have to go much over budget. unfortunately i think ferris will have to go live in Hervey bay for a little while again, it sucks, he is an awesome unit dog, but i dont want to risk getting caught with him there. maybe in a couple of months when i have sussed out the neighbours and situation it will be all good. sigh. oh well, he will have fun with the other dog, and he loves mum, i think it will just be me who is sad about it.
i also put a deposit down on a fridge, woot. its cheap and basic, but cos it doesnt have all the fancy things it has more space in the freezer so it means more room for freezing stuff for dinners again. the only things we need are a couple of little sofas and some bamboo fencing stuff for our balcony and we are set!

last day of my week long holiday tomorrow. poooooooooo and i got conned into working sunday too. ah well more money will come in handy now!
fingers crossed. we pretty much have it, while i was there putting the application deposit in, the lady got a call about the place and said they had an application on it already and it was pretty strong so they werent taking more applications for the place.
