i made it to riverfire... just!

ended up getting to go to this rooftop thing at kangaroo point... Jess' (who I used to work with) dad lives in an apartment there and the residents get passes to have people up on the top, and i got to go!!! wootage!

we were directly opposite riverside and i was torn between looking up at the story bridge or looking down the river toward southbank.it was sooooo awesome i LOVE fireworks and i had never seen as many as i did tonight.
the dump and burn was kinda lame.

then went to the valley, where i visited kate and leoz, had some shlix which was nice but a bad idea at the time, went to kalibar and listened to old 80's/pub/classic songs, its the dodgiest place but so much fun.
I requested madonna - holiday and walking on sunshine lol

mainly because of this.
i then was lucky enough to get a lift home by the awesome kate and leoz. i feel really bad for being irresponsible but I am very grateful that they went out of their way to get me home without getting into trouble. i haz the awesomest friends who look out for me.

so to continue my kinda birthday weekend I am going to sizzlers tomorrow morning (or today) for breakfast with Erin then shopping (well window shopping) then my usual sunday night good times with kate, i dont know what i will do on sundays when she goes to africa!!! probably spend more time on the interwebz LOL!
