There's something in the wind these days. Can you smell it? Disillusionment, disenchantment, loss of enthusiasm, disconnectedness.

We've got major morale problems at work and the execs don't want to deal with it and they're unable to recognize their own contribution to it.

Now I read that INKEDgirl is quitting the site. And I myself have lost all desire to attend the 1st year anniversary party. (But I'm all about the Disneyland trip!!!)

I think the problem is that I'm drifting too far from my base. I haven't talked to my best friends in a couple of months and it's been weeks since I went home to visit my family. Lately I've been structuring my life around the wrong foundation: work and web sites. So when I'm disillusioned with work, for example, my whole life seems to be in a funk.

It's time for a shift in priorities and an attitude adjustment. Got to make corrections where diversions have become the focus and allow them to be enjoyed as diversions once again.
