so, i got a letter in the mail that says the state of hawaii finds the maui brewing company is liable for my back injuy. this is good news because even though it is the truth, the owner of the company was trying his best to get out of this responsibility because he's a piece of shit that considers all of his employees to be expendable. DO NOT DRINK MAUI BREWING COMPANY BEER...!!!
they are still in the process of determining what my settlement offer will be. i'm not planning on it being a lot, but i have injured myself pretty damn bad. i've been out of work since sept 26th last year! i do feel a lot better than i did when i initially hurt myself, but i still hurt on a daily basis. i'm hoping that physical therapy will help me to continue getting better...
