repus

so i'm all geared up in the worker's comp legal machine right now and it is stressful as hell. my attorney and the state of hawaii's dept. of labor both seem to think i have nothing to worry about, but the whole situation itself wears me out completely. i just want all this shit to be over so i can try to move on with my life, and i have a hearing date on the 17th of feb.

i did a telephone interview today with the adjusters that were hired by the maui brewing company's insurance carrier. after it was over, my attorney said that on a scale of 1-10, he would give me an 8, and he rarely ever gives a 9, and never a 10. so i feel a little better about it all, but still, argh...

besides that, i'm doing lots of music and film lately, so i'll give sneak peeks when i feel they are worthy. until then, be good to not only each other, but yourselves too...!

p.s...: this saturday we are having a crazy party for a couple of my friends b-days. the theme is a gangster rap video. we have a friend that does metal fabrication and has constructed a portable stripper pole that we are setting up on a public beach. we have champagne. we have at least 4 cases of 40s. we have blunts. we have some hot ass booty shakers. it will be off the fucking hook, and i am filming it. so..., stay tuned for what you are missing out on by not living where we do; not to make you jealous, or anything...
