Does anybody else's paychecks have ads on the back of their stubs? Mine have been like that for a few months, and i find it ridiculous. I mean, Ruby Tuesday does not need that extra ad revenue. I feel so freaking violated. I hate evil corporations.
Now I don't know why, but for some reason I really want to learn to play the harmonica. I've had this inkling for a few months, but I think I might actually start looking around on Amazon for a good beginner's set and a good Idiot's Guide or something similar.

And those ads have been on our checks for more than a year now. I just ignore them. If the corporations want to waste their money on adds, let 'em, the ads don't influence me anyway.
As for instruments, you might want to check out some of the online shops featured on google.

You should find some there. There are even stores that specialize in Harmonicas.

You'll find alot more variety and better pricing than Amazon. But Amazon is reliable. I was only suggesting anyhow.
I also have a couple harmonica books.
The beginer books are lame and tell you nothing you can't figure out on your own.
I have a couple books on blues licks. The tabliture is clumbsy and stiff.
The best thing to do is buy a harmonica or find an old one if you arn't hung up on where it's been. Then sit, listen, and mimic. There is always a blues cd in the value bin.
oh, yeah if you buy one all the books tabliture is in C I like G cause it is lower and sounds better with a guitar. They go out of tune so old ones are the best for blues otherwise its like having a tuned guitar in a grunge band.
