What a day to work 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. straight, and have to go back into work at 8 a.m. the next morning. Le sigh.

Glad I'm in a union...Ok, so it does'nt make that much of a difference in a "right to work" state, but it helps all the same.
Think of it this way...your paycheck is gonna look great!

You have to add alot of flavors to do it though....ALOT OF FLAVORS!!
Ingredients include: Garlic, Yellow Onion, Cajun Seasoning, Chipotle Pepper Sauce, LOTS of spices, and BEER!!
I also serve them over rice, and that helps alot. Making it this way, I could actually enjoy the stuff!
