@psylunar it’s a new med I’m taking I think. That’s one of the side effects. I’m going to get some melatonin later today. Enough is enough lol. I kinda do the breathing thing. It’s a good tip. I just have some heck of an active thought process. You know when you were a kid before some celebration you’d have trouble sleeping due to the anticipation of the next day? It’s a little like that. Every day is exciting to me. I appreciate the thought and advice ☺️
