Well another weekend is over, only a couple of days til the next one. On Saturday we recorded all day with Rohan, I was drooling over all his gear. I

The gig yesterday was rained out, one corner of the stage was in the rain and it was raining HARD. Also the mixing console and the PA amps were completely outside so it just wasn't going to happen. It was a pity because I'm really getting addictted to the great feeling when we pull a gig off and people love it and there are no technical fuckups. I'm ranting again now though.
On Friday night I went to see the Sailors in the tiny North Melbourne Town Hall Hotel. Most crowded gig I've ever been to but they were incredible as usual. Complete chaos for an hour and a half, at the end of which one mic was lying bkoken on the ground, another had disappeared, everyone's minds had been blown and the room was 10 degrees hotter. They're touring the world later this year, go see them if you get the chance.
Well now I'm off to change a tire in the rain, the things you do for love.

I think the worst thing I've done for love is bankrupting myself to fly to the other side of the world to see her for a month and then get dumped.
word. i've done it too. except we made it to the five week mark before he dumped my ass. oh well, we have our health.
