Well I'm looking forward to the gig this Saturday night. I ended up helping the main sound guy at the one last week cause he hurt his back and he taught me heaps of stuff. I'm going to try a couple of effects on Saturday that I thought of during the week, we had a practice the other night and everything's coming together really well. I'm all excited.
This week my friends that have been away for a while are starting to come back, so I've got plenty of reasons to get excited. Yesterday I spent the day with a lovely young schoolteacher (well she will be in a couple of weeks) Things are on the up!

she's pretty cool, but a bit old - 10 years, we only just got her, she was my grandad's, but he died a little before xmas.
our last cat was really evil tho, so i didn't trust them for a long time, but i think this one is going to turn me round.
