So, in the space of five minutes I was informed that friends of mine have more or less lost everything owing to the Susquehanna deciding to pay a visit to most of central New York, and there was a shooting five blocks from my house.

Those shoes are very nice though... i need a pair of nice dres shoes..
There were two seperate murders across the street from were we lived in the Quarter. One guy got shot not a minutes after we walked past. Add that to the two armed robberies at the bar below us and another at the clothing store next to that and you've got five years of wondering when it was gonna be my turn.
