So, I had this brutal cold which morphed into this death cough and then strep throat that almost turned into Pneumonia. Woohoo. A solid 3 weeks of being really really sick. On the good side, my New Years Resolution of losing 50 pds and getting to 200 pds, got a nice head start as I lost 20 pounds being sick. I've managed to keep it off over the past week that I've felt better.

Back to the gym too. I did the bike at level ZERO last week and almost died after 25 minutes. Holy bad shape. I did 45 minutes Monday, and still almost died. But once I can do an hour with little pain I'll go up to level ONE. Lame, but it's a start. I'm 6', so I really should only be 195 or so. I'm at about 235 now, down from 253, so I'll keep going...............
