Apparantly the computer at my parent's house has too much going on for me to burn CDs. I get trackwriter errors because the buffer goes to 0, and the information I got off the burner's website to fix the problem isn't helping. It says I should goto task manager and stop all the processes, but according to the message boxes, all 20 of the processes are vital to running windows. I've already fucked up three CD-Rs fucking with this shit. It sucks because my parents have a cable modem, so I can d/l albums fast and shit. The burner on my girl's computer works fine, but we don't have net access on it. So the only way for me to burn CDs now is if I borrow them from friends, which in theory wouldn't be a bad idea, except for that nobody I know around here has stuff I want like Cabaret Voltaire's Voice of America, or Clock DVA's Thirst, or US Maple's Talker. All I get to burn is a bunch of GG Allin CDs. It's enough to make a person upset.

I wish I hadn't lost my hardcopy of that collage... moving every six months, while good in many regards, does have it's downside.
