Well, that was interesting. She says the boy in Texas is not serious (more off-again than on-again) and she just wanted to slow things down with me because she felt like things could get too relationship-ish, and she's not looking for that right now. I guess Texas boy isn't the real issue.** She's just scared. I don't know how much of it is bullshit, but it makes me feel better, and I guess that's what matters.

(Texas isn't the reason? I wonder if this is how the band got their name?)

I'm thinking of taking a big long road trip this weekend. Like a fucking twelve hour drive just for the sake of it. Maybe to meet someone for a drink, or go to an all night diner, or see a cool state park. Someone offer me a destination before noon today.
