Horrible mood. Nowhere to vent.
My roommate is --> <-- this close to being thrown out onto the street to rot.
I want to work on a couple writing projects tonight but I'm in such a bad mood over this crap that I'm having an impossible time focusing.
Oh well, if he leaves garbage on the gas stove again and sets fire to the place tonight while I'm asleep I won't have to worry about it at all anymore. Or maybe the floor of his room will collapse under all the trash he has piled up and the house will fall onto us.
Seriously though... who the Hell unwraps food, eats it, and then throws the wrapper on the floor when there's a trash container not even 4 feet away? Who in their right mind throws garbage, including food scraps, all over their floor and overtop of their clothing which creates the first 6 inch layer, and just walks on top of it all?
He hasn't been to the laundromat for so long that the cleanest shirt he has is the one he has been wearing since Valentine's Day.
And now, because he's too lazy to go get his car situation taken care of (long story there, and it should be noted as either too lazy or he's lying to me about the situation) he's not been working and can't afford his share of the rent this month. Which is only $350 a month. How pathetic is that? He's been sitting at his computer, unmoving for TWO WEEKS while his car is at a towing facility who is charging him a daily storage rate! Seems that levelling his Anarchy Online character is more important than having a car, a job, and a roof over his head because that's all he does. The guy was awake for three full days last week. That's to say over 72 hours. Playing video games, only stopping to eat and throw more trash around my kitchen.
What sucks the most about this situation is that he's been a friend of the family for about 12 years. He's been living here for about 6 months and has totally trashed the place and has paid about half of his share of the rent that's been due since then.
Since he's a friend of the family I don't feel like I can be as harsh as I would if it were someone I never knew prior, but I still think that tomorrow morning, we're going to have a serious discussion.
I hate bitching like this but I'm fed up and need an outlet. I just can't focus on other things when I'm this angry.
Anyone want to move to Westminster? I think I'll have a room available soon. With a little work this is a nice place. Very affordable too.
